POSTPONED – Drive-In Movie – Boggabri

POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. This event has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances and will be rescheduled to a later date.

Ride Like A Girl (PG) – The inspirational story of Michelle Payne, the first female jockey to win the Melbourne Cup despite facing odds of a 100 to 1.

Gates will open at 5.30pm for a 6.30pm start.

Location: Boggabri Showgrounds – Kamilaroi Hwy, Boggabri NSW 2382 (on the south side of Boggabri)

Cost: $30 per car OR $10 per pedestrian

Please note:

  • There will be a maximum of 50 cars – the first in will get the best position
  • Food and drinks available
  • You will need to tune into an FM station so please ensure your vehicle has this capacity
  • You can also bring a picnic rug and chairs as there will be an area just in front of the big screen in case your view isn’t perfect
  • Weather permitting – the event will be canceled if wet or too windy – an email will be sent on the day if this is the case
